Grad PLUS Loans

— Summary Information —

Grad PLUS Loans are government guaranteed, fixed rate loan that covers up to 100% of your graduate and professional education-related expenses as certified by the institution:

• amount: eligible to borrow in your own behalf up to 100% of the cost of attendance (tuition, room and board, books, and even travel) minus any financial aid received.
  
  
• no restrictions: does not require collateral; no prepayment penalties
  
  
• approval requirements: satisfactory credit history required with or without a co-signer
  
  
• terms: option to defer payments until after graduation or when the student leaves school
  
  

PLUS Loans are available to all qualified graduate and professional students regardless of their financial situation.

Borrowers (with a co-signer if necessary) must pass a credit check in order to qualify. PLUS Loans do require your filing the FAFSA form.
